There are 6 types of rest everyone need in life to rejuvenate and be the best

Mental rest
However we try, we cannot stop thinking. Our brain keeps popping something to stay awake. If you can’t meditate, which is the best way to take a break from thinking, be in calm area close to nature where you relax . Play with pets and nourish. Listen to slow music.
Physical rest
You know it.
Get adequate sleep, stretch and stay flexible though out. If you can’t sleep between 10 and 5. Try at least 11 to 6 or worst by 12 to 6.
You can’t sleep and wake up on same day!
Emotional rest
Feeling okay when you are not okay is not okay. Say NO when you are tired. It is fine. If people know you, they understand you. Swim in silent area, read books …
Social rest
Avoid large gatherings some time and rejuvenate alone or with very close people whom you believe that they don’t judge you. Sit in a beach or mountain or rain. Watch the fish inside a tank. Follow an ant or bird. You can do better things when you are alone
Spiritual rest
We all thrive for finding purpose of our life. Practise mindfulness and stay close to nature. Going to temple alone is not spiritual. Believing in nature is !!
Sensory rest
A must for current situation. Just to stay out of our screens, laptops or mobiles, creates huge energy inside our body. Bring back pre mobile Era and enjoy some quiet time. Open your eyes and see the neighbours. It’s fun without mobile like partying without alcohol. Real fun!
So rest is mandatory and giving it to our mind body heart and sprit is equally important.

Whatever suits, you need to try and find a way to know your body, mind, senses and spirits. Every individual is unique.
